Roundtrip EV Solutions Inc. (“Roundtrip EV “, “we”, “us” or “our”) are committed to respecting your privacy and managing the personal information we have collected as part of our business.  This privacy policy (this “Privacy Policy”) explains the collection, use, and sharing of information from or about you in connection with your use of our website or other websites owned or powered or operated by us, our mobile applications, onboarded media, blogs, social media and other places, and other online or wireless offerings, whether accessed via computer, mobile device or other technology, any of which is owned or powered or operated by us or on our behalf (collectively, our “Networks”).  




This Privacy Policy (together with our Terms of Use and our registration and end user agreement) sets out the basis on which any personal information we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed and used by us. Personal information does not include information that has been anonymized or aggregated, such that it could not identify a specific person or company. By using our Networks, you hereby consent to our Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.

By submitting a telephone number to us, you agree that our representative can contact you at the number you provide, potentially using automated technology (including texts/SMS messaging) or a pre-recorded message.  Your consent is not an obligation to receive any of our products and/or services.


If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect in various ways, including to:

Log Files

Roundtrip EV Solutions follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites or other media. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movement on the Networks, and gathering demographic information.

Cookies and Web Beacons

Like any other networks, Roundtrip EV Solutions uses ‘cookies’. These cookies are used to store information including visitors’ preferences, and the pages on the Networks that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users’ experience by customizing our web page or network content based on visitors’ browser type and/or other information.

Social Media Widgets And Applications

These social media applications may collect and use information regarding your use of the Networks.  Please be aware that some of the personal information that you provide via such social media applications may be collected and used by other members of that social media application and such interactions are governed by the privacy policies of the companies that provide the application. We do not have control over, or responsibility for, those companies or their use of your information.


In addition, we may include blogs, forums, crowd-sourcing and other applications or services on the Networks or in social media (collectively “social media features”). The purpose of social media features is to facilitate the sharing of knowledge and content. Any personal information that you provide on any social media feature may be shared with other users of that social media feature (unless otherwise stated at the point of collection), over whom we may have limited or no control.

Third-party ad servers or ad networks uses technologies like cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons that are used in their respective advertisements and links that appear on Roundtrip EV Solutions, which are sent directly to users’ browser. They automatically receive your IP address when this occurs. These technologies are used to measure the effectiveness of their advertising campaigns and/or to personalize the advertising content that you see on websites that you visit.

Note that Roundtrip EV Solutions has no access to or control over these cookies that are used by third-party advertisers.

Where We Store Your Personal Information


The information that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination separate from our company. It may also be processed by staff who work for us or for one of our suppliers or other participants of the Networks. Such staff may be engaged in, among other things, the provision of support services, fulfillment, and the like. If a Network is powered by us, the third-party company named in that Network may also store your personal information. 


All information you provide to us is stored on servers located in the United States. 


Where we have given you, or where you have chosen, a password which enables you to access certain parts of the Networks, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share this password with anyone.


Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your information, we cannot guarantee the security of your information transmitted to the Networks; any transmission is at your own risk. In your request, you need to provide enough information that allows us to reasonably verify that you are the person that we collected information about.




We don’t knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register an account on our Networks or become customers. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without appropriate permission from their parent/legal guardian, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. Requests will not be accepted by phone or email.


Your Choices


Subject to applicable law, you have the right to obtain a copy of personal information we maintain about you or to request that we update or correct inaccuracies in that information by contacting us as indicated in the first section of this Privacy Policy.
